Refund policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To begin the return process, please contact us at info@ethiimo.ca. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items
sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving, and should there be an issue, contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate on a case by case basis to make things right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as customized items. If you purchase a product that has no customization and is in resalable condition, contact us for an arrangement.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Order Processing Time

All orders placed before 2 PM Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day, all orders placed after will be dispatched the next day. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

International Orders

Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
